Renaissance Management Group, Inc (“Renaissance”) is a privately held owner and operator of multifamily properties in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Headquartered in New Jersey, Renaissance and its affiliates own and operate nearly 10,000 apartment units across 21 properties in New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia.

Renaissance is led by its Founder and Managing Partner, Joseph Kazarnovsky, who brings over 35 years of multifamily experience. Mr. Kazarnovsky has an extensive background in all aspects of the business including: identifying underperforming assets, executing asset repositioning via value-add renovation programs, and implementing highly efficient property management functions.

In addition to leading Renaissance, Mr. Kazarnovsky is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Fieldstone Properties. Since its inception in 2001, Fieldstone Properties has successfully acquired over 15,000 apartment units in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Over that time, our management team has gained extensive experience with assets, large and small, including the 2,877 unit ‘Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station’ in Greenbelt, MD, the largest property of its kind in Maryland.
